Objet
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions under which the services of the Trace Software website, hereinafter referred to as “the Site”, are made available and the Conditions of Use of the Site by the User.
Any access to and/or use of the Site implies acceptance of and compliance with all the terms of these Conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They therefore constitute a contract between the Company and the User.
If the User does not wish to accept all or part of these Terms and Conditions, he/she is asked to refrain from using the Site.

The site is a portal presenting Trace Software International’s innovative CAD and electrical calculation solutions for industry and the service sector. The site also features additional services, such as FAQs, technical articles and information to ensure the best possible integration of these solutions.
Accès aux services
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. All costs relating to access to the Service, whether hardware, software or Internet access, are the sole responsibility of the User. The User is solely responsible for the proper functioning of his/her computer equipment and Internet access.
The Company makes every reasonable effort to ensure quality access to the Site, but is under no obligation to do so.

In order to purchase Trace Software products via the Site’s e-shop, the User must register with the Company by creating an account (free of charge). The User will then be asked to provide certain information and create a login and password. Similarly, in order to benefit from a free test and/or receive information on products and services, the User must complete a form. To this end, he/she undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete information, and to update it if necessary as soon as possible.
With regard to their rights concerning their Personal Data, Users are invited to consult Trace Software International’s Personal Data management page, the content of which forms an integral part of these General Terms of Use.

Trace Software International undertakes to do its utmost to ensure that the site is accessible to Users at all times. However, the Company cannot be held responsible in the event of the site being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
The user acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use the site, and that he/she has checked that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses or malware and is in perfect working order.
