cortocircuito que se produzca en cualquier punto del circuito no debe superar el tiempo necesario para que la temperatura de los conductores alcance el l\u00edmite admisible.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nc-justify-text\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">Para cortocircuitos de hasta 5 s de duraci\u00f3n, el tiempo necesario para que una corriente de cortocircuito eleve la temperatura de los conductores desde la temperatura m\u00e1xima admisible en servicio normal hasta el valor l\u00edmite puede calcularse, como primera aproximaci\u00f3n, mediante la siguiente f\u00f3rmula :  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-ee321cc1\">\n<div style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">El valor de la tensi\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica se expresa en A\u00b2.s el esfuerzo t\u00e9rmico sobre el conductor se calcula en funci\u00f3n de la corriente m\u00e1xima de cortocircuito vista por el cable y del tiempo de apertura del interruptor: I\u00b2 x t (I en A y t en s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nc-justify-text\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">Este valor debe ser inferior a la resistencia t\u00e9rmica del cable: k\u00b2xS\u00b2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nc-justify-text\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">D\u00f3nde:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-icon-list coeficiente calculado seg\u00fan el ap\u00e9ndice B de la norma NF C 15-500 y que tambi\u00e9n figura en las distintas tablas del mismo ap\u00e9ndice B.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-8ef24d09\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-ada632fe\"><h5 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la soluci\u00f3n? Integrar una referencia del fabricante en el interruptor aguas arriba: <\/h5><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nc-justify-text\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">Para evitar sobredimensionar la secci\u00f3n del cable, los fabricantes incorporan un efecto limitador en la mayor\u00eda de las protecciones.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"nc-justify-text\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;padding-top:0;padding-right:0;padding-bottom:0;padding-left:0\">La limitaci\u00f3n se lee directamente de la curva del fabricante de la protecci\u00f3n anterior (interruptor autom\u00e1tico o fusible): <strong>la curva de limitaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda<\/strong>.
