This message indicates a problem with your computer’s configuration.

Check firewalls, on both client and server machines (including Windows firewalls). The following TCP ports must be open to allow connection between elec calc™ and the License Server: 6666 and 10050 to 10060 (The width of the range must correspond to the number of simultaneous connections to the License Server, in other words, the number of licenses).

If ports 10050 to 10060 are not open, the elec calc™ software, receiving no response from the server, considers that the service is not working.
